• Shipping Policy.
  • Insurify rarewhiski.com Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments. If the shipping carrier provides a proof of delivery document to your address we cannot refund or send you another package.
  • If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If the package is returned to OnlineLiquor.com damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
  • The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-5 business days.
  • All Ground shipments placed Monday through Friday before 2:30pm PST will be shipped out within 1-5 business days (Shipments placed during the holiday season may take longer longer to process). If the item is not currently in stock delivery may be delayed.
  • All Express shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out the following business day (Shipments placed during the holiday season may take longer longer to process). If the item is not currently in stock delivery may be delayed.
  • Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out within 1-5 business days from the following Monday

• Purchase of Alcoholic Beverages. By placing your order, you have represented to rarewhiski.com you are at least 21 years old and are giving 100% consent to rarewhiski.com to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order.

• Change in Shipping Laws. Following the placement of any order, and prior to the goods being shipped, in the event the laws of your State change so as to make it illegal for you to import alcoholic beverages into your State, you may return the order for a full refund, provided however, you have submitted proof to rarewhiski.com , and its counsel, of regulations pertaining to such law changes.  All returns must be made in accordance with California law and returns across state lines are not permitted.  Once an order has shipped, title to the goods has passed to you in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein and no refund can be issued.
• Shipment Method, Timing and Delivery. Our products are shipped from California, where our warehouse is located. While rarewhiski.com tries to make every effort to fulfill orders at a reasonable speed, a typical order can take an average of 1-5 days to ship.  However, please allow at least 8-10 days for delivery.  Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method.
  • All products delivered must be signed by an adult over the age of 21.  Deliveries will not be left at any address or with any individual without such signature.  You are responsible for checking your order immediately upon delivery.  Items must be reported as missing or incorrect within three (3) business days from the date of delivery.
  • In the event an incorrect item was shipped, you must submit a photo of the sealed bottle along with your receipt or order number in an email to rarewhiski.com. If you are not contacted by us for any reason within 14 days of your email, please send another email from a different email address if possible.
• Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to rarewhiski.com , a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to rarewhiski.com  damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
• Damaged Items. While rarewhiski.com  takes every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely. All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles.  Orders that include original packaging from the manufacturer or contain non-conventional shaped bottles may be packed differently, but securely in rarewhiski.com’s sound business judgment.  During times of extreme weather conditions, you are responsible for notifying rarewhiski.com of any special request to hold and postpone your order.
