Hibiki Deep Harmony
The Hibiki continues to be one of the most popular whiskies from Japan. The name “Hibiki” means harmony in Japanese. The name also symbolizes the unique marriage of malts and the harmonious blend of flavors in the whisky. This Hibiki Deep Harmony is a 2013 edition that was built around Hakushu malt matured in ex-red wine casks and Chita grain matured in ex-sherry casks. It is presented with a beautiful ‘sakuranezu’ label and an original box. This is a beautiful whisky!

First sold in Japan in 2013 for around $170 this is a ‘time machine malt’ because whisky fans wish they could go back in time and buy a few cases of this at its original retail price.
